Rito: To make mags have more options, we're messing Morellonomicon up, giving like 20 more ap, taking ur magic pen... yeah. Oh and were buffing essence, ie, rageblade, making Irelia and Akali broken with reworks, and hey look at that a bruiser rune and an assassin rune... speaking of runes were just going to make mana band useless now.
