It allows Rengar to rapid fire the towers from level 1.

It also allows him to jump from bush to anywhere in the lane repeatedly at rapid fire since being in bush resets auto timer.

The speed is doubled during the time he is jumping faster. Look at the clock go from 26 to 28 without getting ever to 27

I fast forwarded in the middle and stopped towards the end. the beginning and end are actual speed.

what is wrong with the beginning and end I don't get it. First of all, the enemy bot just abandoned their tower and none roamed to push the wave out. The rengar's att speed there is about 1.00 and he needs an ivern to do this, he would get 1.00(more actually but can't be bothered to look up his inate bonus att speed at level 6) att speed for 5 seconds with 1 empowered Q aswell at his level. Wouldn't look as gimmicky though.

Seeing that doesn't bother me nearly as much as seeing him in toplane. Literally can't walk out from under your tower as a squishy champ because he can step out, leap the entire lane, run in, and do it again... Over and over.

Imagine that with an Ivern supporting him with 2 squishy champs on bot lane.

Ivern just puts bushes in lane and he jumps wherever the hell he wants repeatedly.

its almost like jumping and going back jumping again is a core part of rengars kit anda staple of his character, he needs an ivern to do this and even then the attack speed he gets is less than jinxs q and we dont ruin that
