Making it melee-only wouldn't exactly solve any of the item's standing issues.

Item is strong on everyone. Like if someone built rageblade on garen it would probably be legit.

The only two ranged champions that are using Rageblade well right now are Koggy and Kayle.

Kog needs all the help he can get and Kayle needs a remake.

Most of the abusers of Rageblade right now are all melee. It needs to only provide 1 stack per auto regardless of whether the user is ranged or melee.

At the very least, it shouldn't splash when used by ranged Champions. But making it melee-only is too restrictive.

But in any case, it needs a major price increase (not just to 2800).
