I'm only brining this up because the adc community is tired of getting paired up with a thresh who takes your cs, but can we please just make it so relic shield can reliably proc? I get the argument that it separates a good and bad thresh, but I'm just getting starved for gold when he makes me miss minions and cannon minions especially. Myself and other adc's just get left in the trenches taking grenades when this happens.

ShaftyMegee1 votesRelic procs on melee attacks. Thresh has melee and ranged attacks, so honestly it's not that hard to land it. It shouldn't be changed, they should learn to compensate

Thresh DOES NOT have MELEE ATTACK.
Thresh is 100% RANGED - he might be relatively short ranged, his AA might not be projectile-based, but he is RANGED.
The reason people use Relic on him is that Relic is better on tank supports than Coin (especially in lane), and his Flay passive lets him last hit once in a while with relative ease.
