Tariq an LCS mainstay?

So with the tarok rework and how overloaded his kit is with the AoE heal, AoE Kayle let, and all the interactions with Bastion, does he become an LCS mainstay now? I almost see him as close to 100% pick ban at least early. What are your thoughts on this?
