Respond to agression popping up in chat

So the past few games I have had in the chat for both teams

-- Respond to Agression -- 1 with aiState7

im not sure what this is or why it keeps popping up. Can a Rioter please help?

The new jungle plants are aggressive.

Someone in one of my games said it popped up when someone tried to buy something they can't afford, but I don't know.

Those are debug messages (in this case that a neutral monster is being attacked) that are spilling over to the chat. Riot already knows about it and is trying to fix it.
