Can we change how many votes are needed to surrender from 4 to majority? If it's clear that over half the team wants to surrender (and let's include 3 people say he's 1 says no and 1 doesn't vote) then why should we continue? I feel like this would greatly increase the mood of the community

And that is also very true that there are players who think surrendering is necessary even when its fairly obvious that your team still has a good chance of winning. However, if your team has a majority of people who want to surrender, more often than not the players who want to surrender will not play their hardest, and you end up losing anyways.
