So they are nerfing veigar, really?

I dont know which kind of player you are. Maybe Veigar is your main or something but I dont care actually.

He is super strong and needs a nerf. Even Riot admitted that. There is no counterplay if someone just presses r and you are dead. His w and e spells are excellent zoning tools and he has an easy time farming with his q. His base damages are incredibly high and so are his ratios. I dont know why he has to ''scale with his opponent''. This doesnt makes him an anti-mage at all.

The community is generally awful at determining which champions are op and which aren't, but in this particular case Veigar actually is too strong.
