Rune Prison (W) root duration increased to 1.25 seconds at all ranks from .75/1/1.25/1.5/1.75 Spell Flux (E) cooldown reduced to 7.25/6.75/6.25/5.75/5.25 from 7 at all ranks Spell Flux (E) mana cost reduced to 60/65/70/75/80 from 60/70/80/90/100 Spell Flux (E) damage lowered to 16/22/28/34/40 from 25/33/41/49/57 Desperate Power (R) duration now 4 seconds at all ranks from 6 seconds.

Why are you making SO MANY changes when all you did to make him OP in the first place is double his passive and ult.

I don't want Warwick 2.0, be careful. Just revert the buffs you gave him in 5.10, pretend it never happened, and just leave him be, he wasn't OP before those buffs.

Please, I love the Ryze rework, just hit him where he was being abused, don't trashcan him.

The way PBE works is that they do drastic changes and see if it works. Then they adjust accordingly.

No, again, that change did NOT make him OP. Whether he can permastun you for 4 second or 6 seconds is irrelevant since he can kill you in 4 seconds. Reverting the buff just means he can perma root you for a shorter duration.

The kneecapped W addresses this problem, and the enormous amounts of buffing to his Q helps offset the raw power lost from the increase in the W cooldown. So we're now going back to how we played Ryze before LCS except with more power.

Yeah, think I was jumping the gun there.

Important to note, a few of these are needed for what Riot wants to accomplish, they want him to still be able to do what he does pre-5.11 in the late game (as in, throw out a ridiculous number of snares). They want him to be able to do that late game, but not early game.
