I go 0/0/13, plenty of wards placed/cleared. Got my team fed. And I get a fucking B+?!?!?!? It's bullshit, Riot! Please. Please. Please. Fix it! Tilting the fuck out of me that I can't get an S for playing exceptionally.

You could've warded more, probably dealt more damage and healing. Your kill participation was a little low, not bad and possibly unavoidable, but you may have been able to roam more. I believe I got an S- in my last Ranked match if you want to compare.
IM a support main and I agree with this, although not to brag but my lux and bard support I get s- and higher all the time XD. But yes the system is messed up and riot even said it is and that they will be making adjustments to it and i cant wait till they do.
i dont know i get nothing lower then a A+ and me getting a A+ is rare. S- and above for me .
Its weird. I picked bard and my mid was morgana. I did really well kda had 8/9 kills with plus 15 assist (no i wasnt kill stealing. The game was really close). Morg had about the same kda but her damage output was much higher. She got a s+ and i got an a.
Support rank depend on the champion you play. Popular choices makes harder to get an S.
S get determed by more than just a perfect kda. Kill participation is probally one of the bigger factors. That you also should keep in mind. If you are 0/0/13 but the total kills are 50 plus their is a big chance you didn't impacted in the role enouge than intenteded.
Than again, supports are pretty weak this patch and until the exp fix the impact will still be pretty small compaired to the other roles.
Agree with OP and made a thread about this long ago, this sucks for tank supports.
To get an S- takes flawless play and a game that has to accrue tons of kills, but getting bumped to an S/S+ for r7 tokens requires a minor miracle.
I feel the pain! (Supp main) Sadly i don't think they can change it much without setting the other roles out of proportion. I agree that it is insanely difficult to get an S-, S, and S+ as a support. I have been trying to get my thresh mastery 7 tokens for the past couple weeks and still have none. But you have to remember, assists aren't everything. The ranking system still take your cs into account, so if you are playing a Face of The Mountain champion, then try and focus on getting cs as soon as the proc is up. I know this won't help much but its something to consider. :)
Another option is roam a heck of a lot more to get even more assists, but that is only if your adc can handle themself while your gone. There is no set way (i don't think) to determine who is the "Support" in the game, so they can't give you a better grade based on the assists, etc. that you get. So as of now, all you can do is get more and more assists. :P
