Rylias and Frozen mallet stack, right?

They both have different passives. If I build Rylias for ability slows with Mord, than Mallet for if I can reach them on melee range, will they stack when both slows are applied?

The passives only have to do with how the slows apply. If something could potentially proc both, it'll give the stronger of the two slows.

When it comes to stacking slows, only the strongest slow is felt by the target. So lets say 1 thing slows you for 25% and another hits you for 40%, you'll be slowed by 40% instead of 65%.
