Why do control wards cost so much?
Can't it be 50g per? It's honestly so frustrating after they've gotten rid of trackers. Literally can't rely on anyone on your team for vision

They aren't because everyone has to pay the same price so there is absolutely nothing to compare them to or come to the conclusion they are too much. other than an opinion. Cheaper won't make people buy them. Bad players don't ward and it wouldn't matter if they cost 1 gold, bad players still wouldn't ward.
You have free wards and bad players won't use those.
I have most vision score every match and I'm not even the support.
Considering how much potential they hold, they're far more worth the gold than you pay for.
