Can they favor solo player reports when paired with premades

It's not fun getting bullied by some 4 man pre-made. If you retaliate you get 4 man reported and punished for supposedly tilting more players in the game. Or you sit there and accept their bullying and report them after the game but nothing will be done cause it's 1 person against 4 and they all take turns harassing you.

Edit: As stated below, I'm only asking for a solo player's report to be taken into more careful consideration when they are put with premades because it is much harder to detect the harrassment that is spread across 4 people. Even though their collective level of verbal harassment would be considered punishment worthy had it come from a single player.

the amount of reports do not matter to Riot. for reporting, the code of how it works is LITERALLY

if Reports > 1 then Game is flagged for review

it does not matter how many reports they get it only takes 1 report

1 report = flagged for review. But the number of reports matters in the review. I'm asking for a solo players report to be weighted higher and taken more carefully into consideration when judging premades, who are harder to detect because the harassment is spread across 4 players all under the punishment threshold individually but as a collective being very toxic for a solo player.

As stated by multiple people the number of reports doesn't matter

Everyone is judged individually if you had at least 1 report on your name

1 report = flagged for review. But the number of reports matters in the review.

Proof? Riot Tantrum has stated numerous times that report count does not factor into anything, beyond "reportCount > 0"

It does not matter if one person or four report, the chat is reviewed either way. Thus, your report is worth the same as all four of their reports. If you do nothing wrong, you will not be punished however many people report you. If you do something wrong, you can be punished with only one report.

Easy solution. Don't retaliate. They can report all they want and it won't affect you since there will be no basis.

The harassment is distributed so that they all remain under the threshold they won't get punished. It takes 1 report for a review, but multiple reports factors in whether hey punish the people or not. Even if a solo player retaliated and was as toxic as each of the 4 players individually, then the likelihood of punishment is greater for the solo player who got 4 reports than the any member of the 4 man premade.

That's not true. The system only cares if the player was reported or not. If they were reported, then their chat will be reviewed, and it only takes one report to do this. Any additional reports do not do anything extra. They do not make the system look any harder or faster for something punishable, nor do they increase the likelihood of the player getting punished. Punishment is determined by your behavior, not the number of reports you get.

That's false. A single report flags the game and review the chat. Every other report afterwards won't even matter. They can be taken in consideration if it's manually reviewed and there were additional comments left, but no, unlike what you think, there is no likelihood of being punished more if you're 4 versus 1.

This is why I just keep saying 1 report = 9 reports

As long as you avoid saying triggers words you won't get banned. This would be horrible considering how many solo players insult me and report me simply for playing with friends. "Report these retarded premades, how dare they have friends"
