Can they favor solo player reports when paired with premades

It's not fun getting bullied by some 4 man pre-made. If you retaliate you get 4 man reported and punished for supposedly tilting more players in the game. Or you sit there and accept their bullying and report them after the game but nothing will be done cause it's 1 person against 4 and they all take turns harassing you.

Edit: As stated below, I'm only asking for a solo player's report to be taken into more careful consideration when they are put with premades because it is much harder to detect the harrassment that is spread across 4 people. Even though their collective level of verbal harassment would be considered punishment worthy had it come from a single player.
