Not an instant punishment? I was stealing red and this annie tells them I'm at their red and the enemy uses the information to go to my jungle and clear my raptors. She then follows me around my jungle contesting all my camps which is undetectable.

My jungler is at his red as you finished enemies red Just because it is typed=/= truth granted it probably is directly aimed at fucking you over. I know people who use chat for misdirection, etc. Since if you can get the enemy to move where you want boom, you set the fight up
