What if Ohmwrecker temporarily gave allied turrets the old Inhib/Nexus laser and prioritize champion
...s instead of minions? And then give it an appropriate per-tower cd so people won't spam them on a single tower during seige.
If that ends up zoning too much then maybe make it so it'll change target to the closest champion as soon as the minion it's targeting dies.
Not sure how long the Ohm buff should last though, 3 seconds seems too short. 7-10 seconds maybe?
This could lead to some plays to give your jungler a few extra seconds to help you when you're about to get dived, or to try to stave off an engage while the enemy's seiging by making the tower more dangerous, plus help waveclear.
Any thoughts?
point runner decreasing it by 5-10% movement speed but letting it stack with
5 more armor 10 more magic resist 75% more hp/5 (and hopefully give it back mp5)
15 more magic resist 15 more armor.
Id pay up to 600 more gold on the first 2 changes and 800 on the 3rd.
or very good actives/ passives with bad stats like

thorn mails having an okay grevious wound passive but the passive that actually helps in the fight is garbage when they made it scale with armor added with them nerfing the armor of thornmails when it was already garbage stat wise because it was only 100 armor and nothing else hp or cdr but they gave it hp but took more armor thus not giving it any additional power
