No Champion Mastery Points earned playing Black Market Brawler

Just as my title suggests. I wish I could get a grade or at least earn some Mastery points while also playing Black Market. I have around 30 champs and out of those it would take me years to "Master" them. Would have been nice to double dip when playing. It really is still Rift. It's not much different but yet I get to my computer and I have to decide... Do I want to go for the special Icon? or Would I rather get some Mastery Points. There is 0 reason that I can't do both.
Icons. it would be nice to have a page that explains what the special Summoners Icon is. There are times that I see Icon's I don't have and wonder how they earned them. Sometimes people don't even know that they are special. I had a special Ascension icon I had to goggle to figure out where or why I had it.
