St Louis Viewing Party for NA tournament

I don't know what I was expecting when I decided to buy tickets to watch the NA tournament on the big screen in St Louis. The production value was very well done from announcers to watching the match from NY. My biggest thought was here was a packed theater of obviously dedicated LOL fans and no one from Riot to greet them. Or say Welcome? They have part of the company stationed here in St Louis. With 15 minutes between matches I just thought maybe a fun discussion run by a RIoter? Or have a questionnaire to fill out about League for the people as they walked in. For nothing more than give the audience a chance to hear what is "their" hated/loved champs. I just feel that an opportunity to really connect with some summoners was lost. We talked but It was only with the friends we came with. 50+ League players came into a central spot to watch the game... 50+ people left the theater never knowing the summoners names of those sitting next to them. Coke was the sponsor of the event so maybe that is why Riot's presence wasn't felt.
Also maybe a bigger frames for the item sets and dragon kills. It was harder to see. REALLY enjoyed the split screen as we watched a tower being taken down AND the stand off fight with all the champs. I would actually encourage a little more split screens. when you can to show us what is happening it is a superior experience to being told. After all that is why we wanted to watch it on the big screen.
Anyone else have an opinion on their viewing party?
