@Meddler Quinn vs Riven execute
I've been really big on quinn lately, but I feel her ult recast isn't very good, here's why, compare it to Riven's ult which reaches max damage at 70% of an enemies missing health, Quinn's on the other hand reaches max damage at 100% missing health, this makes the ult almost useless as by the time the ult becomes deadly you can just simply AA them once to finish them, is it possible that the max damage threshold can be lowered to make the ult recast more useful?
