Twitch jungle build help :D

Hey all, I've been doing a lot of Twitch jungle lately! I obviously know there's better junglers, but I love doing it and I've had some good success of late. My usual build path is:

Elder lizard->mobi boots->Ghostblade

Then either Last whisper or shiv depending on their armor. I know BotRK is a staple item on him as an ADC, but I feel like as a jungler that sustain isn't as necessary...but am I undervaluing the attack speed from it?! My final build is usually lizard/boots/ghostblade/LW/shiv/infiniti
