I think evelynn on hit build is very underlooked yet.

with her new E promping on hit effect two time...she can turn intro such a TERRIFYING burst/dps machine endgame....

Devorer - botr - trinity force - wit end .....

e now instant prom 2x botrk + 2x with end + 2x devorer +100% AP + 100% AD + 230 damage + sheen proc. THAT it....a LOT of damage ...

and IF they are not dead YET..you jsut get MS burst on, max attack speed, and will likely shred down whatever remaining ho therye hp with 1-2 hit and hate spike anyway.

seem to work very well for me...with some abuse of invisibility to position yourself in some bursh or whatever....it work perfectly fien as evelyyn pure damage assasin.
