scale kassadin with cooldown make kassadin other ability gain 2 stack for E gain stack every X second that way i won't have to rely on champions ability's.

it's the least you can do with all the shitload of nerf he received

make his R scale AP and use less mana cost than he actually do like half less mana cost bring back the 4 second cooldown i don't mind

turn his shield neutral and give cooldown per level to Q and W
