With All The Reworks Coming Out...

Can we see some love to a couple neglected ADCs, starting with Miss Fortune and Varus?

Her passive is probably one of the worst in the game, considering it's pretty much only active when running from base to lane/jungle, her damage is pretty sub-par even when fed, her Q is too random to aim properly (even at the back of the minion wave with the enemy ADC just standing there behind a caster, you're praying for the bullet to go to the right target), her W is meh (I guess it's OK, but it needs a rework), her E is practically useless against anyone with Swiftness Boots or mobility, and her R is total garbage. Pretty much a bad pick across the board.

Next up, Varus. I don't think he's in AS bad a spot as MF, but he's still kinda weak in most situations. His passive requires something to die for a minor AS buff, which is too situational. His Q is actually great, but a minor numbers tweak-up would be nice. His W is a crappy Wit's End with a decent proc, so a rework is in order. His E is garbage across the board with too little damage and no real effects other than a semi-reliable way to proc your W. And his R is...Meh, I think it'd be nice with an AD scaling either alongside AP or instead of and it could do with having a slightly lower cooldown. Overall, he's an OK tank-buster with BoRK, LW, and Wit's End, but he doesn't do anything well and requires too much of a lead before he becomes scary.
