is an annoying as hell champion to lane against. Her entire kit outclasses yours and once she buys 
she can out-sustain any harass you throw at her, in a duel she can re-position faster than you ever can even after you hit level 16, you won't ever hit your W since she would always be out of melee range. It doesn't matter if you outscale her damage wise if you aren't able to hit her with a full rotation. How do you actually deal with Ahri when playing

Ahri can reposition more than Kassadin? What. If you engaged on her and she used her ult to reposition, just wait until the grace time for her other 2 dashes expires and now you can do the same once again except now she can't go away.

No? When you hit your ult spike, she still out trades you because she can sustain back while you can't. Unlike Kass she can always stay out of your ult range and still farm unless you want to risk ulting in and eat a charm.
