Icon is basically a red version of item 3025

Cost: 2400

Stats: 380 Health 40 Armor

Unique Passive: Fist of Flame: Basic attacks inflict burning on the target for 4% of your max health over two seconds (One tick per second.)

Ingredients: Giants Belt item 1011 Chain Vest item 1031 Brawlers Glove item 1051

This idea came to me while dozing off last night so if it's bad just say so lol. I thought it could be a useful item, make tanks a bit more of a threat so far as standing there punching it out with them.

Considering that the glove actually gives critical strike chance, it would be probably better to use an other item to build the "Hand of Shurima" As well, considering that the Passive scaling is incredibly high, you should tweak the numbers about it. Since it would be a op item on Sion with his endless scaling health.

I couldn't think of anything else to put in place for the passive except for maybe Sheen, though the item would then replace Iceborn Gauntlet which isn't necessary. The scaling can go down, while I can't consider numbers for infinite scaling, I pondered a near most powerful scenario. Lvl 18 Alistar with Hand of Shurima and 5 Warmog's. (Not the highest I know, but still pretty insane lol.) That gave me a health of 7658. 4% of that would be 306, of course that is over two ticks to 153 per tick.

Hmm... Considering that actually the tank item is actually alright with it's stats, I'd recommend to add a new passive for it though. It would help for targets to keep sticking to them, but it's still hard for some tanks. How about we'll change the recipe to

item 3044 + item 1031 = item 3025 (in red)

Stats: 250 health 25 attack damage 40 armor

Giving it the same passive as phage + the health burn based on 2.5% of max health over 5 seconds. (stacks up to 4 times to 10% Considering that tanks would not build about then warmogs, they kiinda deserve a small damage buff. inclusive the phage passive, it will give them the chance to stick to their target. Kinda like the iceborn fist..

Hm, hadn't considered that build path. It could work. Though the passive would need balancing, it could be too much, could be just right, that would be left to be seen.
