It isn't like when they reworked him, they gave him a lower movement speed knowing that he would build

It is quite the conundrum, isn't it?
I still think my favorite balance team 'no shit' moment was when they heaped all of Kog's power into his W and were shocked shocked! that his mid game got really strong.

Holy fuck, it's damn near impossible! Everyone dashes around me, has more MS than me, and more base hp than me, and adc's like sivir outdamave me.
My first few games without Rylias where good, but the last 2 days have been just awful.
Last night it got so bad, that one game I went gunblade into full tank, only to still be blown up in less than a second.
OLAF is in a better spot than Mord, and he was Olaf'd years ago!
Like, I love playing Mord, so I'm hoing to keep playing him, but even with ghost, flash, stormtraiders, and boots, I am still caught by heavy chasing enemies.

The real issues: They Gimp Base stats because of Dragon Ghost They Gimp Base MS because of W
They just need to lower the hp he gets from a ghost, but boost his own. Then give him his old 340 MS back, but reduce his w MS bonus. The last thing they need to do is a fully self castable W.
All it does is raise his lowest lows, and lower his highest highs.
