Is Ashe Good? Best Ashe Build and setup?

Is Ashe a good champion to play in this meta?

Also, what is your favourite setup for the champion (build, masteries, and runes)?

I've noticed that Probuilds, champion.gg and other sites have very different setups.

Ashe is an amazing champion!

Regular Build:

Main Core: item 3508 item 3085 item 3031 (Pick one: (usually)item 3006 item 3047 item 3111) Secondary: (Pick one: item 3072 item 3153 item 3139) (Pick one: item 3087 item 3046 item 3094) Situational: (Pick one: item 3036 item 3033) (Pick one: item 3026 item 3156 item 3102) Dont Forget: item 2055 item 2140

Secondary Build (Used for more utility in teamfighting as youll be shredding way faster):

Main Core: item 3153 item 3085 item 3071 (Pick one: (usually)item 3006 item 3047 item 3111) Secondary: item 3508 (Pick one: item 3087 item 3046 item 3094) Situational: (Pick one: item 3036 item 3033) (Pick one: item 3026 item 3156 item 3102) item 3139 Dont Forget: item 2055 item 2140

Edit: My bad forgot setups!

Runes:

Your typical ADC runes. AS Quints, AD reds, Armor yellows, MR blues (You can add a few AS blues if you want)

Masteries:

This depends for most. But go Fervor or Warlords, and Vampirism for lane sustain.

Do I get more immediate damage power from building item 3153 first or item 3508 first?

I find that the game is often decided at 1 or 2 items.

item 3153 rush is unmatched for first item damage. However, I usually buy a cull first back and go for a item 3085 item 3031 2 item powerspike. Single item on Ashe still doesn't feel dangerous, even with botrk. But with Runaan's/IE you are deadly.

People buy Reaver on Ashe to get CDR for her ult. It also scales into very high full build damage, since you get an extra crit item. But I dislike the build, because you can't fit in lifesteal/armor pen/defensive item if you buy it.

is that item 1038 first before going item 3085 ?

Or do you actually go item 3085 and item 3031?

You can grab the BFS before Runaans if you want. But yes, straight to item 3085 item 3031

If you want a solid adc that will always be viable b/c of their utility yes play and get good w/ ashe, her hawkshot and ult make her a solid pick in any meta, shes simple and easy to pick up, but w/ her being immobile positioning will be the biggest learning curve, positioning w/ ashe can be the difference between getting killed at the start of the teamfight, or getting a triplekill.

items i usually rushitem 3153 into item 3006 item 3085

From there its up to you, IE or PD work, and situationally item 3140 >item 3139 obviously item 3036 for tanks, or item 3033 for tanks w/ strong sustain

like most ppl here i think shes in a great spot. most pros have been doing item 3153 in to item 3085 . for third item ive personally just been goingitem 3031 but it seems alot of pros and Koreans have been going item 3046 third. the last two are situational.

item 3085 item 3153 item 3071 are core. item 3033 next if you need help shredding tanks and cutting healing item 3046 if you just want the passive and more damage. item 3139 if you need to get rid of CC and/or they are AP heavy item 3156 If you are afraid of AP burst item 3031 if you don't give a fuck and want more damage.

I normally don't even get item 3031 tbh

Is item 3036 no longer the go to anti-tank weapon?

I've noticed a rising popularity in item 3033 as the go to anti tank even when there's very little healing.

With BC Ashe is going to have more HP and with the upcoming tank changes, tanks will have less total HP. While there are situations where you'd still want LDR, I think it's losing a bit of value.

I always thought it was because BC also gives CDR (20%) so it may be more economic than Dominik in a non-Crit build for improvised anti-tank.

But I was also wondering about Dominik vs Mortal Reminder. Seems that Reminder is getting more popular now...

I'd agree with the CDR thing, it's always good to have, but since we are talking about ashe there's other stuff going on. Her Q gets you to full stacks right away. So you don't have to worry about ramping up. This is where the hurricane synergy comes in. Then there's also the phage passive. Since Ashe is immobile, it works well with her passive in helping her kite.

It's just an overall good stat to have, especially when fighting other ADC's that heal. You don't have to have it, but it's my prefered generally. If they are HP stacking with no healing at all, sure pick the other one up.

The problem I have with Ashe is that she feels really really bad to play when the team is behind. I will eventually power spike at 3 items but by then we've usually lost all towers.

I can usually win the lane if not tower dived but out of laning, I don't have enough power.

When the team is ahead or even, I can do my work in closing it out but I feel largely unnecessary.
