Agree but how?
She should lose the waveclear (Q will only bounce to nearby marked champions), some base dmg on her sigil, and lower ratio from .8 to .7
Also slow W speed to pre-rework. Possibly increase snap back time to .5 instead of .25
This would bring her in check I think.
The main part i'd say is the state of her E currently is what needs to get hit first, the fact it procs her passive on top of having 2 instances of detonate damage make it one extremely scumbag bully move for her to combine with her W to pull out insane levels of damage, easily get right next to her opponent and then proceed to simply walk around them till the second root procs, then just jump back since it only takes 1.5 seconds for the 2nd hit and root to proc, 4 seconds for her to easily jump back after casting W. So even if you added 1 second for her to cast the E, she would still have a full 1.5 seconds to easily jump back or soon as the tether would 'detonate' since its range is relatively far.
I would have to say they need to put some extra demand in her using it such as having a decreasing radius as the 'rope tightens' similar to Kled's Q, and of course shorten the tether break so she has to stay close to the enemy champion, though it would definitely be nice if they made CC in any form could interrupt it so Le'blanc could have the notion of the high damage, but she has to take MAJOR risk to pull it off. That or at least make CC could make her W warp back get negated too.
Any champion who gets alot of power, whether its high stats or utility in their kit seriously needs to have proper repercussions such as long cool downs and ways they could be screwed up and not let them pull off shenigans such as assassins playing as tanks. At the very least, pre'rework le'blanc at least felt more like a bully, now the current version feels like she can easily pop right in front of you and shoot you in the face with a shotgun, killing you and easily poof right out of their even though you had 2 team mates surrounding her when she popped right in.
At the very least since her original Q had the detonate damage mark, it was at least restricted by mana costs, taking up an ability slot and its own cool-downs, now that it isn't she can easily repeat combo spam it with her WEW, or Q+WW combo to harass so easily any champion who doesn't have some way to shut down her damage (i'd have to see how Galio could fair against her since Galio 'is' the go to anti-AP champion unless something ruined him).
Having them revert her wave clear back to its original state could be super useful since it would at least keep her to a play style as an assassin and not some mage who is now listed as a slayer/mage. What they really should of did on the passive was make it more towards illusions then having her get her Q's damage bonus instead, they could of instead used it as a modifier mark that similar to how Brand works, would apply different effects based on what triggered it such as:
Q: Would cause the mark to make the Q to bounce some extra hits to nearby 'enemies' so they all got hit by Q's damage.
W: Would apply a Slow effect.
E: Would make the 'tether' have a larger ranger.
But obviously would still have a cool down tacked on(longer then 5 seconds too likely) so something like a chain combo abuse between W and E isn't pulled off. Le'Blanc gets enough damage in her kit and mastery and itemization, she definitely does not need her 'passive' being her own form of Thunderlords when her kit does not specifically WORK like how a SLAYER should work, Aka being more of 'swift mobile killers' who should avoid direct confrontation, unlike champions like Ahri, Le'blanc seems to have no problem just walking right up to a enemy target and erase them and get away with it.
Which i do not really get with this 'Slayer' category change since i was originally under the impression that 'SLAYERs' were suppose to be the champions oriented towards taking out tanks while 'Assassins' are the champions who target the Squishie ones instead. Course makes you wonder whats the 'new' name category for champions made specifically to take out super beefie champions with relative ease like
in that regard.
Anyway never the less, Le'blanc just ultimately needs her damage greatly toned down and force her to rely more on opportunistic 'Slaying' then able to do it constantly while her abilities are not on cool down.
