Veigar buffs!

I'll be honest with you, I was worried about Veigar after the stun nerf this last patch.
But having tried it out with the cast time change, I can honestly say Veigar is BACK! Now, there is still risk in using it, you're not going to be insta-stunning like before, but it definitely gives Veigar a much higher threat level when he can not only blow up immoble mages, he actually has the ability to cage them to blow them up. Add onto this the missle buff and his farming is even easier than before. No, Veigar is not farmbot 2.0, but csing is a BIG part of the laning phase and there is honestly no excuse not to rack up the AP while dropping harass on your opponent, absolutely NONE! If these changes go live, Veigar is officially becoming one of my mid mains.

its just a minor buff, will be bit easier to gank his lane now, but he still cant land his meteor yet

Prior to this buff, a brand without boots could walk out of the ring before the stun wall went up. The fact that I was able to actually catch people with this minor of a buff, is a major plus. The meteor is admittedly still an issue, I honestly max it last and typically just use it to help with farming right now, but it is still nice for zone control along with the cage, the big plays for Veig still come from hitting Q, R, Ignite and walking away.
