If you're tilted to the point of ragequitting, you shouldn't even be playing it in the first place. Even if you're getting stomped, use it as a chance to practice side stepping. Assuming people actually took the effort to practice side step in ARURF, we wouldn't have bronze/silvers getting hit by a morgana's snare every 7 seconds.

Y'know, I remember using is as practice to dodge snares. That and facing Lux / Morg in 1 For All. So +1 for that.
But you also made me realize, I've been hit by a ridiculously tiny number of skillshots in my URF games and I'm mostly tilted by point-and-clicks in it. So my tilt stays =')
