WTF riot, swain gets a rework? Swain!? He's more useful pre-rework at jg and top than nunu is. Do you know what Nunu does late game?

We're getting a champ blog update soon, and Nunu might be on it. Cross those fingers.

Different teams work on different champions. The team that worked on swain isnt the same one working on Nunu and different champs need different levels of help. Aatrox and Nunu need a lot more help then Swain does.
