Where all of the marksmans become over 50% ban rate picks then armor needs to be buffed or its going to be hell because Bork/Last Whisper/Youmumus makes it a big fuck you to tanks.

Armor is now generally more effective against Marksman, as long as you don't overdo the stacking of it, as pen items are only affecting bonus armor.
