I'm impressed with this patch. Seems pretty well balanced and assassin ADCs are now...well not assassins until super super late game. Good job Riot

adc are somewhat balanced besides ez and kaisa

Just revert Scuttle and this patch will go from an Z- to B+ (and that is being generous considering the Jungle experience changes)
