Ekko needs another nerf
Tank 
is still being played, we need to nerf it out of existence. I suggest making his W's % damage change to a base damage value with a strong AP scaling that grants bonus % damage.

Slythion1 votesThe goal of his original nerf wasn't to obliterate tank ekko, but to relieve him from his extreme base damage. No you can go tank ekko and lose out on damage, or assassin ekko and lose out of tank. It's balanced now

xl Kirito lx1 votesTank Ekko is the only way to play Ekko. Riot would be farther ahead to balance around tank over AP.
With that being said, he dealt low damage past mid game last patch, and after nerfing three parts of his build his damage just went down. Maybe people will start to realize it's the items, not the champion.
