Homeguard Enchantment

Anyone think the sheer utility and consistent reliability of Homeguard boots makes it fairly inefficient to get other enchant? I feel like tier 2 boots should nat urally come with a nerfed, unique version of the homeguard enchant. This will let people actually enchant more uniquelly and not have to pay each time they want to change (which they rarely do I find, 200+ gold per change is nothing to scoff at).

I'm actually interested in seeing what other people think.
