Aatrox Buff

I think a small buff to Aatrox would be if they can leave his bloodwell full when his passive goes down because honestly, i think he feels useless when he comes out of the passive because you have no attack speed or anything or maybe reset his cooldowns when he goes down.

Either that or just give him a rework to actually make him a duelist...
