Can Jax get a upgrade too?

I think that Jax should get 1 last rework and make him actually dynamic. Look at what they're doing to darius and garen. There is actually something to them now instead of running in there like an idiot. Seeing as Fiora can beat Jax now (doesn't make sense.) he needs like a different counter attack system cause honestly, playing as an ADC and having Jax jump on you with the Roflcopter is annoying it really is especially with 40% cdr. But, seeing as how True damage is the new thing he should have kinda like a Street Fighter 3 parry thing where you can dodge or parry every attack in the game and when you do parry or whatever you gain bonus stats and deal percentage health every 3rd hit as true damage for is grandmasters might. take away his tankiness.
