Zeal/Adc items are getting nerfed too
In our minds that is.
Goddam support's will be almost unplayable early if they won't get compensation buffs. Might as well start building

might need some help. and i never had mana problems with Lulu so idk about her, she might need a buff too if this patch goes trhu without any support Mana/Mana Regen buffs. for all those mentioned above.
Not going to talk about Mana Hungry Mid Laners.
