Can we revert the buff on Ezreal's Q and buff his W instead?

Like, his Q was not what needed attention. Just about every Ezreal players and non-Ezreal player knows his W is in a weak spot for AD Ezreal. I much rather have saw that buffed utility wise instead of anything else in his kit.
