Ryze is a little too weak now from the recent nerfs.

I understand it is only to reduce the amount of bully at top lane, but perhaps you can nerf it around similar to Katarina's ult since the bully is only affected at early game. The last time I used Ryze against a Trundle, and when Trundle has built a , my Q did absolutely no damage at all, literally. So here is how I suggest instead:

Old Numbers: 60/85/110/135/160 Current Numbers: 40/60/80/100/120 Suggested Numbers: 40/65/90/115/140

I don't mind people agrreing to it or not, just giving out my opinion.
