courage collosus should proc when you go under 50% health. reasons inside

and no longer be proced on CC

so you can counterplay it and u know when its gonna proc to deal with the shield. or run away to make it less bad

also u know its procing at 50% in lane and can just back off etc

also prob needs a bit of a nerf value wise. i feel it should be a flat shield so hp behemoths dont abuse it and get to be stronger "just cuz"
