Kassadin's ult is 2 second cooldown.
Adding Ultimate hunter (5% cooldown + 4% on kill) and Cosmic insight (another 5% cooldown on all abilities) is added up to 54% cooldown on just the ult.
Kassadin's ult will be like 1.7 seconds. Is that right or does that no work?
If you reach 40% cdr, your cd will be 2 * (1-0.4) = 1.2 Where did you get that 1.7s ???
40% CDR + Cosmic Insight + Ultimate Hunter at 5/5 = 53.25% reduction in ultimate cooldown.
Which would bring Kassadin ultimate down to a 0.935 second cooldown.
Take into account that you would lose a lot of your sustain by losing Ravenous Hunter.
A fully-stacked Ultimate Hunter, Cosmic Insight, and 40% CDR will cause Kassadin's rank 3 ultimate to have a .6 second CD.
