Kassadin's ult is 2 second cooldown.
Adding Ultimate hunter (5% cooldown + 4% on kill) and Cosmic insight (another 5% cooldown on all abilities) is added up to 54% cooldown on just the ult.
Kassadin's ult will be like 1.7 seconds. Is that right or does that no work?

UniSect1 votesYou're missing the point. Its not the math or my estimation. Its about if I can exceed 54% cooldown on kassadin's ult. Normally its 2 seconds. 40% is 1.7, then how much is an extra 14%?

Take into account that you would lose a lot of your sustain by losing Ravenous Hunter.
