Tanks want to leap into the thick of combat and spam their CC.
If Shen ever gets a remake of any kind, swap the poor guy over to Mana so he can actually do his job without burning through his whole resource pool after one rotation.

It isn't so great on champions who plan on sitting in the middle of a fight for more than 5 seconds.

i like him for his global ult and for being manaless but he needs to be able to use abilities a bit more with maybe a bit more cc.

I'd like it if striking a Q'ed target restored a flat amount of energy. That way his entire regen isn't tied to his passive.
