zone since tank junglers are op now and encourages building health to help the % hp increase. and his BOTRK Yoummu build + his ult that lets him hit backline enemies = HP shredding stealth assassin ADC that destroys tanks and backlines AT THE SAME TIME GGWP NEW

boots/bork > youmu > lw/ie > finished with ruunanas/ga/BT/banshees pop invs, stand where you need to, pop youmu's and ult at the end of your invs, right click carries.
Twitch has a lot of clear weaknesses that tank meta can abuse. Idk.

that reason is invalid for twitch's comeback
easy answer is that twitch is a hypercarry, even if tanks arent popular he will still have a godlike kit
but the only reason twitch isnt as popular is due to his weak early and weak mid game (nerfed) enemy jungler and the agressive bot lane comps make twitch backfire too easily as a pick
the sole fact that enemy has a tank instead of a fighter does not change anything for twitch
on the other hand vayne is the one who can be happy, since tanks wont duel vayne so easily meaning she gets to reap the benefits of her kit easier
also sivir who can be resistant to engages comes to my mind
but under any circumstances i dont see anything that twitch would benefit from

Its kinda a double edged sword actually tanks hard engage counters him HARD but at the same time their high health causes twitch to do alot more damage
Or you can play vayne who deals max health true damage on top of Ruin King.
both work on twitch just turn him into a tanknshredding monstet lol
