Singed current position

has good scaling and his build path gives him ridiculous amounts of AP for his insane tank potential.His ult give him 80 MR and Armour,along with flat 80 movespeed and hp/mana regen to boot.But he does need to get very close to do his damage and that same damage is reliant on how hard the enemy wants to chase you. With the %hp addition on his e i think in this tank jungle meta right now he might be played more often What do u guys think?
