What if we had an optional 6th player who spectates for their team and replaces players who dc

If no one dcs, they can basically be a shotcaller that people can choose if they want to listen to. This role might be pretty boring so there could be a separate queue just for people who want to do this, for very little or no lp gains.

Their job just to be on the lookout for which lanes are missing, where ganks might be happening, etc, low stress and not that impactful job.

I think this could help solve the leaver problem and create a more casual position to be in for players who are frustrated or tilting.
