Things Riot could learn from URF's Success

From a design perspective:

Skillshots are fun because you can aim them and dodge them, there are lots of interactions and potential to make plays

point and click is boring, there is very little interaction, especially if it comes with cc

When things are brought to an extreme, some fundamental principles and flaws are exposed What the community wants is HIGH INTERACTION in their games,

This does NOT mean: point and click nukes/cc, lock-on spammable skills, {{champion:244}} and Warwick ults, Ryze and Sona style champions, etc

What riot should do now is take a look at every champion that has a point-and-click nuke/targetted gapcloser, low interaction kit (Kassadin ), etc and appraise very carefully whether or not they need to be reworked.

{ On a side note: (you can ignore this part) My thoughts on Kassadin are that his kit is too instant, when you play against him, you're only option is salvaging the situation he has created, rather than being able to counter by dodging a skillshot and returning fire.

If i were to make one change to him, it would be to change his ult to work like janna's tornado. Activate once to start channeling power, activate 2nd time to move. Starting from 0 damage but instant flash, and ending as a high damage but something that you can play around. This effectively lets him retain his playmaking ability, while improving his interactions with other champions.

I think this fixes him so well, that, Hell, he can even have his ult go on cooldown during the first activation }
