Opinion on Every Champion's Design based on their kits and counterplay
This is based on the design of a champion's kit only, how strong they are based on ratios and numbers are not taken into consideration,
Aatrox - balanced
Ahri - balanced
Akali - needs rework
Alistar - almost there
Amumu - acceptable
Anivia - balanced
Annie - needs rework
Ashe - acceptable
Blitzcrank - balanced
Brand - balanced
Braum - acceptable
Caitlyn - balanced
Cassiopeia - needs rework
Cho'Gath - almost there (silence should be more like sona ult not instant)
Corki - balanced
Darius - balanced
Diana - acceptable
Dr. Mundo - balanced
Draven - passive needs rework, other than that, balanced
Elise - change human form q into skillshot, rest is balanced
Evelynn - need rework
Ezreal - balanced
Fiddlesticks - need rework (him needing to channel and position for his ult is good, the rest of his kit is not something you counterplay, its just something you either run away from or straight up tank)
Fiora - need rework (everything is just point and click and ends up with untargetable ult, her job is basically done after she ults)
Fizz - acceptable (mixed feelings here, his melee range offsets a lot of his ridiculous kit, thought it seems kind of weird that you can't dodge his q like you would for similar abilities -jayce alistar jax etc)
Galio - balanced
Gangplank - acceptable/ probably should rework
Garen - balanced
Gnar - balanced
Gragas - balanced
Graves - balanced
Hecarim - acceptable
Heimerdinger - balanced
Irelia - acceptable
Janna - balanced
Jarvan IV - balanced
Jax - need rework, but acceptable because you can dodge his jump
Jayce - balanced (his harass isn't that spammable and easy to dodge, and there are a lot of things you can do to counter his all in)
Jinx - balanced
Karma - balanced
Karthus - balanced
Kassadin - need rework (his skills are way too instant, so there isn't much of a window to react until he's actually already finished his combo)
Katarina - definitely need rework (resetting aoe damage and most of being good at her is knowing when to go in)
Kayle - need rework (she gets way too much free harass and sustain added with playmaking potential and aoe damage, maybe make her q a low range skillshot for some counterplay)
Kennen - balanced
Kha'Zix - balanced
Kog'Maw - balanced
LeBlanc - acceptable (removing the silence helped a lot, but counterplay against her burst/harass is still really iffy for a lot of champions)
Lee Sin - balanced
Leona - balanced
Lissandra - balanced
Lucian - balanced
Lulu - need rework

Malphite - balanced
Malzahar - mostly balanced
Maokai - balanced (I think he just needs numbers tweaked/proc passive less often)

Ryze - mixed feelings (lack of skillshots means little counterplay for melee, but he is also limited by range so there is counterplay for ranged)

Skarner - acceptable (
Sona - acceptable (still feels a bit too easy when it comes to lategame)
Soraka - acceptable (feels pretty boring and lackluster because long cooldowns on important skills)
Swain - acceptable (Only the slow and the snare make me feel like a tactician, rest are boring point and click, not much counterplay if hes ahead)
Syndra - balanced (tho numbers maybe need tweaking and the stun seems to be very forgiving)
Talon - need rework
Taric - acceptable
Teemo - rework
Thresh - balanced
Tristana - rework
Trundle - balanced
Tryndamere - balanced
Twisted Fate - acceptable, would welcome rework
Twitch - acceptable

Veigar - rework (just walking up to people and 1 shotting them is not really fun for them, especially if you can't dodge it)
Vel'Koz - balanced
Vi - rework
Viktor - acceptable
Vladimir - needs rework (he's pretty fun to play, but going against him is terrifying with all that spammable point and click harass/sustain)
Volibear - balanced (you can look for all of his abilities and play accordingly, but his execute animation should probably be more noticeable)
Warwick - definitely needs rework (mostly his ult, can 1 shot squishies while being a supertank)
Wukong - acceptable
Xerath - balanced
Xin Zhao - balanced
Yasuo - needs rework
Yorick - needs rework
Zac - balanced
Zed - acceptable (the last buff seemed overkill, but w/e his kit isnt that broken)
Ziggs - balanced
Zilean - needs rework
Zyra - balanced
I based my opinions on how fun it is to play the champion, and how rewarding it is to play against the champion. Most of the champions that have spammable point and click nukes I thought needed reworks, champions that aren't too bad to play against, but feel pretty boring to play I generally went with acceptable. I also went with acceptable for those that I wasn't completely sure about or was on the edge but leaning towards balanced.
