Dope Solo1 votesThere is zero rationale for nerfing magical footwear. Stop assuming that riot makes decisions for good reasons that make sense. That said, I don't believe stop watch is that egregious of an item. Sure, its cited as widely picked but then so is flash. I suggest getting used to it.
