1: DQ isn't going away, I don't know if you can read but the post legit said its staying, the only difference is theres 2 Queues, Ones for Solos and then Dynamic Queue now called "Flex Pick" r some shit. 2: You could never duo with anyone from any ELO idk who told you that, there was a 2 league restriction (Golds can only play with Plats and Silvers for example)
