Swap W and Passive.

Buff the Q a bit, make its cooldown reduce from autoattacks.

Extend the Range on E, to reinforce the sniper persona. Also, fire a couple waves, as I want this to feel like "OUR ARROWS WILL BLOCK OUT THE SUN"
